Orders are shipped from our warehouse in QW77+8PV Ras Al-Khaimah, Ras Al Khaimah - United Arab Emirates. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 7-10 days from receipt of order and payment. Order will be dispatched between 10.30 am – 5pm from Monday-Saturday. +
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
Delivery prices are 30 dirhams to all parts of the UAE.

We have a full customer service team to follow up
on orders and solve any problem quickly.
We send text messages to the customer before the delivery person arrives to inform them of the order in case they forgot.
If the order is canceled after the delivery person arrives and inspects the product, the delivery fee will be charged to the customer.
In case of an exchange, the delivery fee will be charged twice:
The first time after the product is inspected.
The second time when the replacement product is delivered.
If the order is canceled before the delivery person arrives at the customer's location, no delivery fee will be charged.
